We'll dive deeper into Christmas in this Bible study during the 9am Sunday school hour throughout the month of December. Where do our Christmas traditions come from? Why did God involve angels, shepherds, and wise men? Where does Santa Claus come in? Join us in room A1 each Sunday starting December 2nd to find out!
Christmas Concert, Sunday, Dec. 23rd
Enjoy yourself at a free Christmas concert with Matt Vollmer and the Great Romance! Refreshments will be served in the foyer at 6:30pm, and the concert will start at 7:00pm at Northwest.
Christmas Family Style
Join us this Christmas season every week for a different fun family Christmas activity together:
Saturday, Dec. 1st (10am-2pm): Deck the Halls with decorations to help us get the building ready for a Christmas celebration! We're planning to work together to decorate the whole building; pizza will be provided for lunch.
Sunday, Dec. 2nd (6-8 pm): Kick off the season with a family movie night! We'll show a popular Christmas movie that's fun for the whole family, along with a couple optional activities related to the film. Popcorn will be provided.
Sunday, Dec. 9th (6-8 pm): Express your holiday cheer at a family Christmas Sing-a-Long and gift exchange! We'll gather around the piano to sing all of your Christmas favorites, then exchange gifts "White Elephant" style. You bring a wrapped gift to share, we'll provide the refreshments.
Sunday, Dec. 16th (6-8 pm): Work with your hands at a family craft night and cookie swap! We'll provide supplies and instruction for three different Christmas crafts you can make with your whole family; if you bring 6 dozen of your favorite Christmas cookie, you'll go home with a sampling of 6 dozen of everyone else's favorites!
Sunday, Dec. 23rd (6:30-8 pm): Enjoy yourself at a free Christmas concert with Matt Vollmer and the Great Romance! Refreshments will be served in the foyer at 6:30, and the concert will start at 7:00.
Monday, Dec. 24th (7-8 pm): Celebrate Christmas together at a Christmas Eve candlelight worship service.
